These Terms & Conditions apply to my private Home Assistant integration that connects to the Volvo API. This is a personal, non-commercial setup hosted on my home server.

1. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

This integration is for my personal use only. It is not offered to the public and is not used for any commercial purpose.

2. Data Usage

• Vehicle data retrieved via the Volvo API is used solely in my private Home Assistant setup.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties.
• Logs may be stored locally for troubleshooting and are not shared externally.

3. Third-Party Services

“Volvo”, “Volvo Cars”, and any associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This personal integration is not affiliated with or endorsed by Volvo Cars. All use of the Volvo API is subject to Volvo’s own terms.

4. No Warranty

This integration is provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or security.

5. Responsibility

I am solely responsible for configuring, securing, and using this integration. Volvo Cars is not responsible for support or any issues arising from this private setup.
